He is survived by: his wife Patricia Shoup; his children, Deborah (Heidi Knoblich), Duwayne II (Julie), David (Cindy), Mark (Kristen) and Thomas (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Jessica (Kevin), Rachel (Mitch), Megan, Lindsay, Dale (Alicia), Hayden, Harrison and Dylan; and his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Mason, Asher and Jack.
