He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Harman and Mabel Harman (Squires); and his siblings, Rev. Dexel, Duren Harman and Reva Joy Amos.
He is survived by: his wife Aletha Virgina Harman (Zickefoose) of Virginia; his daughters, Barbara Byard (Rob) of Southington, OH and Karen Kirkwood (Kevin) of Maumee, OH; his brother Dorrel; and his grandchildren, Kristen Barnes (Nick), Michael Byard (Devin), Valerie Kirkwood and Shannon Kirkwood. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
