She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry E. Hayes and Marjorie Hayes (Reynolds). She is survived by: her daughter Sherri Montellese (Bill) of Mecca, OH; and her siblings, Vera Moss of Warren, OH, Donald Hayes (Shirley) of Cortland, OH and Donna Fazenbaker (Tom) of Charleston, SC. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
