It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammy Lee Proctor of Windham, Ohio, who passed away on January 15, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brothers, Rick and Mike; and her parents, Emma and Joseph. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Proctor and Cody Proctor; her grandchildren, Ariq, Anaya and Mac (Rex); her brother Joe; and her pet Macy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
