She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilford Fairfield and Evelyn Fairfield (Campbell); her children, Debbie Kimak and John Snodgrass; her caregiver GiGi Herndon; and her siblings, Pat Apthorpe and Bud Fairfield.
She is survived by: her husband Bud Mullenax; her children, Glenn Mullenax, Richard Mullenax, Larry Mullenax (Cheryl) and James Snodgrass (Deanne); her granddaughter Amber Ashby; and her sister Sandy Davis.
