He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cooke and Faye Cooke (McKnight). He is survived by: his children, Richard Cooke, Jr. (Cynthia) of Newton Falls and Ellen Piazza (Jeff) of Hudson; his brother Gary Cooke (Sharon) of Windham; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey and Angela.
