It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Rising (Windham, Ohio), born in Ravenna, Ohio, who passed away on July 22, 2018, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Wander Barker and Lena Barker (Rucks); her spouse Thomas; her daughter-in-law Wendy Rising of Commerce, GA; her son Ben Rising of Killbuck; her daughter-in-law Melody Rising of Killbuck; and her grandchildren, Zach, Jarrod Cain, Noah, Alaina, Blaine, Audrey and Briar Rising.
