It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pauline E. Shaffer of Windham, Ohio, who passed away on December 6, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Okey Thomas and Ethel Thomas (Shears); her former husband Clarence Ray Shaffer Sr.; her son Rodney Shaffer; and her siblings, Bruce Thomas, Willard Thomas, Harry Thomas, Junior Thomas, Robert Thomas, Madeline Ennis, Alva Thomas, Virginia Thomas and George Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Clarence Ray Shaffer Jr. (Marcella) of Kentucky, Michael J Shaffer of Garrettsville, Gregory Shaffer (Becky) of North Carolina, Evelyn Shaffer of Garrettsville and Marcia Sitko of Garrettsville. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Green Funeral Care (4668 Pioneer Trail, Mantua, OH 44255). A burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Park Cemetery (8588 Center St, Garrettsville, OH 44231).
