She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lusher and Ella Mae Lusher; and her brothers, Bob Lusher and Milt Lusher. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Rowan; her children, Greg Rowan (Debbie) and Pamela Kelley (Robert); her grandchildren, Todd (Raelynn), Kyle (Mary Jo), Brandon, Janey (Paul) and Rebecca; and her great grandchildren, Parker, Emerson, Luke, Anthony, Kayla, Joey, Aiden and Mia. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
