She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Smith and Edna Smith; and her sister Linda King. She is survived by: her husband Richard Hose; her children, Kathy McIntyre (Tony) of Windham, Sharon Stratton (Joseph) of Warren, Cindy Bannister (Ben) of Wyoming and Richard; her grandmother Hose Jr. of Ravenna; her grandchildren, Anthony McIntyre Jr. (Sara), Alicia McIntyre, Sierra Hahn, Dale Allena Hahn, Skye Hahn, Rachel Hose, Nikki King, Roo Hose, John King Jr., Bryonna Hose and Charlie Hose; and her great grandchildren, Apollo, Maddie, Braxley, Jemma and Saint.
