Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Monie Wert (Windham, Ohio), born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 88, on March 7, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Donaldson and Naomi Donaldson; her husband Robert Wert; her son James Wert (Becky); and her brother Bill Donaldson (Naomi).
She is survived by: her sister Nancy Hofferbert (Bill); her children, Lynn Wagner (Steve), David Wert (Cheryl), Kevin Wert (Mary) and Chris Wert; her grandchildren, Brian, Kristi, Carrie, Megan, Andrew, Robert, Caitlin, Jamie, Lyndsey and Daniel; and her great grandchildren, Rileigh, Katie, Ryan, Nora, Connor, Quinn, Colin, Piper, Emmalynn and Olivia.
Due to the continuing Coronavirus pandemic, the family will announce a date for Monie's celebration of life when it is safe to come together.
In lieu of flowers, Monie would like donations to the Windham United Church of Christ, Windham Food Pantry, Brick by Brick scholarship fund, or the Windham Junior High/High School Food Pantry for students.
