He was predeceased by: his parents, William Campbell and Alma Campbell (Reed); and his siblings, Betty Jean, Ronald, Donald, William, Thomas and Michael.

He is survived by: his sisters, Carol Craycroft (Clyde), Karen Lynn Garner and Diana Sue McCumbers (Rolan); and his close friend Mary Barnes. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
