She was predeceased by: her parent Madaline Lucille Wolfe; her stepfather Madaline Linn Wolfe; her husband Charles E. Hayes; her siblings, Tommy Linn and Robin Linn Kascsak; and her brother-in-law David Kascsak.
She is survived by: her nieces, Lisa Sanchez, Melissa (Kenny Eskins) and Brenda Britt; her nephew Christopher; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lauren Sanchez, Savannah Britt, Cade, Cruz, Coen Sanchez, Charles Britt and Brandon Zavara; her siblings-in-law, Herb and Twila Smith; and her cousin Harold.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that all donations please be made to the Garrettsville Youth Baseball Association C/O Chris Sanchez 8481 Eagle Creek Drive Garrettsville, OH 44231 in her memory.
