He was predeceased by: his mother Marie Hayes (Nasser); his grandparents, Joseph and Helen Marie Matheus; his nephew Mark; and his pet Lucky.
He is survived by: his father Glenn Hayes; his daughter DeAnn Clouse (Eric) of Texas; his grandchildren, Alayna, Ethan and Caiden; his siblings, Jim Beedle (Renee), Tony Balogh, Brian Hayes, Helen Hornback (Jim), Carol Mocella (Mike) and Becky Lewis (Paul); his aunt Deb Seyster; his cousin Jennifer Miller; and his pet Sabrina.
