She is survived by: her mother Irene Collins; her husband Jack Martin, Sr. (Windham); her children, Pamela Martin, Jack Martin, Jr. (Lisa) and Justin Martin (Lindsay); her grandchildren, Hope, Faith, Kinsey, Christian Jack, Ella Jean, Olivia and Addison; and her siblings, Craig Collins, Rod Collins (Judy) and Michelle Canterbury (Charles). She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and dear friends.
