She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Larry Jones, Richard and Kristen Perkins; her great-grandparents, Eugene "Chicken" Jones and Lance Perrine; and her uncle Alan Jones.
She is survived by: her parents, Timothy E. Perkins (Dolores) and Amie Perkins (Jones); her siblings, Sarah Perkins and Noah Jones of Windham; her grandparents, Robert and Barbara Smith of Southington; her great-grandparents, Betty Jones and Mary Perrine; and her stepsiblings, Brent, Finn and Alyssa.
