With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas M Basinger of Windham, Ohio, born in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 26, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Basinger and Edna Mae Basinger (Stillwagon); and his siblings, Harry, Jr., Robert, Raleigh, Carl, Don, Peggy and Betty.
He is survived by: his children, Renee Lorinchack (Allen), Keith Basinger (Crystal) and Denise Croft; his grandchildren, Brittney, Savannah, John, Kendall and Jackson; and his siblings, Gene Basinger, Bonnie Shipman and Jim Basinger.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Drakesburg Cemetery. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Freedom Township Hall (8966 OH-700, Ravenna, OH 44266).
