He was predeceased by: his father Howard Sheppard; and his wife Sonya. He is survived by: his daughter Rachel Sheppard; his stepchildren, Nicholas Hartmann and Megan Zippay (John); his grandchildren, Isabella and John Oliver Zippay; and his close friends, Jim Tolan, Kenneth Donahue, Pat and Paula Trone.
