Heavener of Leavittsburg, Emily M. Heavner of Leavittsburg and Casey A. Cline (Andrew) of Niles; his stepgrandchildren, Keona Padgett White (Adam), Mark Padgett (Heather) and Colleen Butcher (Dillan); his great grandchildren, Harrison Lee, Gracie, Noah Doringo, Ethan, Everly Cline and Paysleigh Jane Heavner; his stepgreat-grandchildren, William, Vivian, Meredith, Olivia Padgett and Effie Padgett White; and his siblings, Harold "Ed" Heavner, Katherine Dunbar, Edith Garner, Marlene Kenner and Steven Heavner.
