He is survived by: his wife Patti; his sons, Dale Tuttle, Jr. (Charity) of Arkansas, Geoff Tuttle (Shannon), Keith Tuttle (Terri) and Nick Tuttle (Sharon) of Arkansas; his siblings, Kurt Tuttle, Jr. (Caryn) and Judy Cence (Ralph); and his grandchildren, Summer, Jolene, Jake, Abbi, Bobbi Jo, Lane, Cyhra, Dacee, Danielle, Katie, Nate, Mariah, Austin, Ashley and Aiden.
