He is survived by: his parents, Rolland Whittemore and Ethel Whittemore (Gould); his wife Loretta; his children, Scott Whittemore (Gail) and Bonnie Thomas (William); his stepchildren, Richard Soltis (Peggy), Eugene Soltis, Becky Zemek and Frances Hosea; and his sisters, Dorothy Robilard and Shirley Delisle. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.
