He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Edward Hayes and Wanda R. Hayes (Bolner); his parents-in-law, Madaline and Harry Wolfe; and his siblings-in-law, Robin and David Kascsak Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Lucinda M. Hayes (Cindy) of Windham, OH; his sister Twila (Herb Smith); his nieces, Melissa (Kenny Eskins), Brenda Britt and Lisa Sanchez; his nephew Christopher; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Savannah Britt, Lauren Sanchez, Brandon Zavara, Charles Britt, Cade Sanchez, Cruz Sanchez and Coen Sanchez; and his cousin Harold.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that all donations please be made to the Community EMS 10804 Forest St. Garrettsville, OH 44231 in his memory.
