He is survived by: his wife Estella Hall (Fite); his children, Tim Hall (Kristi) of Winchester, Steve Hall (Sandra) of Amelia and Teresa Jodrey (Terry) of Winchester; and his siblings, Donnie Hall (Pat) of Kentucky, Bobby Hall (Rosie) of Seaman, Ann Shelton of Peebles and Nancy Barnes of Sabina. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
