It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Foster of Winchester, Ohio, born in Brown County, Ohio, who passed away on February 17, 2021, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Foster and Elsie Foster (Alexander); his wife Edith; and his siblings, Wendell Foster, John Foster, Melvin Foster, Robert Foster, Beulah Mae Smith, Hazel Gelter, Leota Ruble and Delphia Wilmoth.
He is survived by: his sons, David A. Foster (Cathy) of Tarboro, NC and Bill Foster (Julia) of Winchester; his sisters, Levida Hobbs and Clara Biller of Milford; and his grandchildren, Sara Foster Hunt (Tom), Eric, Scott and Michelle. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
During the funeral, facial coverings and social distance rules will apply.
