He is survived by: his wife Marian Jacobs (Wendt); and his children, Patrick Jacobs (Elizabeth) of Tipp City, Brian Jacobs (Terri) of Lebanon, Frank Jacobs (Sarah) of Tiffin, Iowa and Jackie Carolus (Jason) of Canyon Lake, Texas.. He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
