He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lytle and Mary Ruth Ball (Blake); his son Phillip Ball; and his siblings, Charlie, James, Fred Ball and Grace Sluss.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Ball of Winchester; his children, Jerry Ball of New Market, Scott Ball of Hillsboro, Branden Ball (Danielle) of Williamsburg and Shannon Papania of Ash Ridge; and his brother Ed Ball. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Meeker Funeral Home (308 N Columbus St, Russellville, OH 45168). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at the Cherry Fork Cemetery (14133 OH-136, Winchester, OH 45697).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bethlehem Church of Christ or Russellville Masonic Lodge #166.
