Wayne Phillips Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Phillips of Winchester, Ohio, born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on July 10, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Phillips and Mary Phillips; his brothers, Berman Phillips, Byron Phillips, Norman Phillips, Earl Phillips Jr. and Don Phillips; and his grandson Scott Haders.
He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Haders (Daniel); his grandchildren, Daniel Haders II (Allison), Muffey Haders and Salley Haders (Andrew Goodale); and his great grandchildren, Daniel Haders III, Cole Haders, Grant Haders and Halley Goodale.
