He was predeceased by: his parents, John Beloat and Kay Beloat. He is survived by: his son Matthew Beloat; his daughter-in-law Megan Shelton; his grandsons, Mason and Marshall; and his siblings, Don, Kevin, Marty and Pam. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
