He is survived by: his daughters, Denae Frost of Virginia, Kayla Gross (Cleatous, Jr.) of Higginsport, Ohio and Lydia Cox (Ben) of Winchester; and his siblings, Butch Hayslip of Winchester, Phyllis Fredericks of Blue Creek, Carla Ruark of Hillsboro and Amber Esz of Batavia. He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren.
