She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Edward and Cynthia Anna Foster (Riffle); her husbands, Forrest Riggs and Ralph Wolfe; and her siblings, Leslie, Herbert, Robert Foster, Mary Belle Satterfield and Mildred Chandler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
