We are sad to announce that on April 10, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Ruth Ellen Fulton of Winchester, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion "Lester" Rickey and Edna F Rickey (Swearingen); her husband Gerald O Fulton; her siblings, Janet Wardlow, Catherine Cooper and Charles Rickey; and her grandson Scottie Raines.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Raines (Pat) and Rick Fulton (Sue) of Seaman; and her grandchildren, Todd Raines (Melanie), Greg Raines (Tami), Natalie Harper (Brent) and Leah Laxton (Frank). She is also survived by her nine great-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Ruth Ellen's memory to the Cherry Fork Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 107, Cherry Fork, Ohio 45618.
