He is survived by: his wife Kay Malblanc (Jefferson); his daughters, Rhonda Malblanc, Kerry Lampart (Brian), Raegan Malblanc and Ashley Nelson (Cody); and his grandchildren, Noah Lampart, Grace Lampart, Olivia Nelson, Rory Nelson and Aubrey Nelson.
