He was predeceased by: his parents, George Foebar and Frances Foebar (Stahl). He is survived by: his wife Darla Foebar (Parker); his children, Travis Foebar of Sardinia, Daria Frost (Brian) of Winchester and Sarah Stephan (Eric) of Batavia; and his siblings, Craig Foebar of Williamsburg, Beverly Smithers of Cincinnati and Cheryl Colonel of Williamsburg. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and his granddaughter-in-law.
