We are sad to announce that on February 11, 2025, at the age of 62, Richard Edward McClanahan of Winchester, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Richard Edward may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Richard Edward touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his father Theodore McClanahan; and his sister Karen McClanahan. He is survived by: his brothers, Ted McClanahan (Sue) of Cincinnati, Dan McClanahan (Deb) of Covington, Kentucky, Jerry McClanahan (Lisa) of Batavia and Paul McClanahan (Denise) of Batavia; and his mother Eva Mae McClanahan (Curtis) of Batavia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
