She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Stamey and Victoria Stamey (Whitton); her husband Elmer "Win" Rayburn; her daughter Melody Manchester; and her brother Robert Stamey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Trobaugh (Bill) of North Carolina and Robin Shipley (Ty) of Mt. Orab; her sister Shirley Duebber (Kenneth) of Dayton; and her nephew David Duebber. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
