He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Franz and Eileen Franz (Deeter); his wife Evelyn Rae Franz (Barnes); and his siblings, Dale Franz, Bonnie Mains and Linda Waltz.
He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Franz of Winchester, Ohio; his grandchildren, Richard Block (Shannon) of Minnesota, Zander, Elijah, Chloe and Caydence Block; and his siblings, Raymond Franz (Dottie) of Bethel, Ohio and Barbie Hall of Milford. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, loved ones and friends.
