He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Earl Mahaffey, Robert, Pat Bailey, Bonnie Amyx, Don and Glenda Jenkins; and his cousin Miryah Bailey.
He is survived by: his parents, Aaron Mahaffey and Maria Mahaffey (Jenkins) of Winchester; his grandparents, Kim Winfrey of Spring Lake, Nick Mahaffey (Jackie) of Berrysville, Rick and Michelle Jenkins of Sardinia, Ohio; his great-grandparent Mary Mahaffey of Hillsboro, Ohio; his aunts and uncles, Mary Harding (Andy) of Sardinia, Mikie Bailey of Williamsburg, Matthew Burton (Becky) of Mt, Seth Winfrey of Spring Lake, Alli Mahaffey (Evan) of Spring Lake, Nicholas Mahaffey of Berrysville and Alex Renner of Berrysville; and his cousins, Delaney, Nola, Leona Harding, Elizabeth Burton and Zach Yelton.
