She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard "Dick" Herman and Celesta Belle Askren (Wilson); her former husband Wendell Gotherman; her son Charles Inskeep; and her siblings, David Askren, Larry Askren, Mary Nell Horn, Naomi Askren and Frances Fannin.
She is survived by: her husband John W Inskeep; her sons, Terry Gotherman (JoAnn) of Winchester, Gary Gotherman (Shellie) of Winchester and Timmy Inskeep (Tangie) of Winchester; her stepsons, Keith Inskeep (Lisa) of Minster, Ohio and Gary R Inskeep (Tammy) of Texas; her daughter Kimberly Bowman (Donald) of Winchester; her stepdaughters, Linda Gayle Blevins (Bill) of Indiana and Vickie O'Brien (Bob) of West Union; and her siblings, Charles Askren (Virginia) of Lynchburg, Wilma Breeze (Tom) of Winchester, Beverly Butler of Illinois, Bonnie Harover (Gary McClellan) of West Union and Cheri Ayers of West Carrollton, Ohio.. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
