He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eldon Jordan, Sr., Curt and Dorothy Gilbert; and his uncle Billy Jordan. He is survived by: his parents, Curtis K. Gilbert of Hillsboro and Glenna J. Johnson (Padgett) of Felicity, Ohio.; his fiancé Brett Rogers of Winchester, Ohio; his son William G. Gilbert of Amelia, Ohio; his stepchildren, Reese of Winchester, Hadley Allen of Winchester, Dylon Jennings of Maysville, Kentucky and Donya Rowe of Maysville, Kentucky; and his sisters, Julie Stevens of Mt and Jessica Ackley of Amelia. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cahall Funeral Home (101 Liming Farm Rd, Mt Orab, OH 45154). A memorial service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
