He is survived by: his children, Linda Gayle Blevins (Bill) of Moore's Hill, Indiana, Vickie O'Brien (Bob) of West Union, Keith Inskeep (Lisa) of Minster, Ohio, Gary Inskeep (Tammy) of McAllen, Texas and Timmy Inskeep (Tangie) of Winchester; his stepsons, Terry Gotherman (Joann) of Winchester and Gary Gotherman (Shellie) of Winchester; and his sister Della West (Loren) of Union, Ohio.. He is also survived by his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great, great-grandchildren.
