As Jessie departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jessie may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jessie leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ortie Vernon and Mernia Victoria McCann; her husband John William "Bill" Sheeley; and her children, Warren Russell Sheeley and Johnie Sue Sheeley.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Hazelbaker of Martinsville, OH, Sherry Howard of West Union, OH, Donna Edmisten (Henry), Michael Sheeley (Sharon) and Patrick Sheeley of Peebles, OH; and her brother Delbert McCann of Martinsville, OH. She is also survived by several grandchildren; several great & great great grandchildren.
