He was predeceased by: his former wife Pearl Adams; his brother Jimmie Adams; and his parents, Herman Thomas and Mollie Adams. He is survived by: his wife Jerri Lynn Adams; his children, Eric Adams (Tina), Terry Adams, Mike Adams, Jerry Horn (Amanda), Jesse Horn (Tonya), Lexi, Sammy, Wyatt, Hunter, Makayla, Gage, Gracie, Cayden, Jackson, Lucas, Logan, Aiden, Nevaeh, Mollie and Paisley; and his sister Faye Hammons (Curt). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.
In honor of Tom, the family asks everyone to take Covid-19 seriously by wearing a mask, washing your hands and staying away from crowded places.
