He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Roades and Hattie Roades (Taylor); and his brothers, David, Richard and Larry Roades.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Roades of Winchester; his sons, Michael Roades (Susan) of Winchester and Mathew Roades (Jennifer) of Sardinia; his siblings, Kenneth Roades (Susan) of Winchester, Darrell Roades (Shirley) of Hillsboro, Dale Roades (Annetta) of Marshall, Noreen Bodnarik of Placida, FL and Kathy Bash (Jan) of Pricetown, OH; and his sister-in-law Patty Roades of Hillsboro. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
