He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Fenner and Norma Fenner (Vance); his wife Connie Fenner; his father-in-law William Greathouse; his brothers-in-law, Timothy Greathouse and Glen McKeever; and his nephew Jordan McKeever.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Mary Greathouse; his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Owens (Denny) of Xenia, Lisa McKinney (Jeffrey) of Hillsboro and Marsha McKeever of Hillsboro; his niece Breanna Gallimore (Matthew) of Hillsboro; his nephews, T. J. Mottie of Hillsboro and Jared McKeever of Hillsboro; his great-nephew Theodore Gallimore; his niece April Owens of Springfield; and his nephews, Jason Owens of Xenia and Wesley Owens (Robbie) of Springfield. He is also survived by great nieces, step great nephews, and friends.
