We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2019, Elaine Cooper (Winchester, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Cooper; and her daughter Sandi Stagnitta. She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Schehl of Knoxville and Jean Koon (Michael) of Lancaster, Ohio; her grandchildren, Bill Schehl (Fatima), Tim Schehl (Danelle), Brandi Allen (Elizabeth Cannon) and Megan Willey (Darrel); and also, Patti Franzen and Debbie Owens. She is also survived by six great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
