He is survived by: his wife Shelby Creech (Brunner); his children, Douglas Creech, Jr. of Winchester, Paula Schwalm of Loveland, Stephanie Brock of Cincinnati and Jessica Becker of Winchester; his grandchildren, Amanda Schwalm, Shane Creech, Kendra Creech, Kevin Brock and Jacob McFarland; his great grandchildren, Summer, Clifford Dozier, Shelby Schwalm, Raven Schwalm, Hunter Brock, Jude Miller and Alac Reevs; and his siblings, Dave, Wayne, Dale Creech, Joyce Shepherd, Brenda Kyle, Kay Angelastro and Sue Boyd.
