With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Schweickart (Winchester, Ohio), born in Georgetown, Ohio, who passed away on March 9, 2019 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence "Buddy" and Ruth Ann Starks (Penny); her husband Phillip A. Schweickart; and her daughter Loretta Lynn Schweickart. She is survived by: her daughters, Lorie Miracle (Brian) of Bethel and Lisa Wykoff (Scott) of Ripley, Ohio; her grandsons, Phillip Benjamin Miracle, Joshua David Miracle and Isaiah Joseph Miracle; and her siblings, LuAnn Coronado of Maysville, Kentucky, Steve Starks of Cincinnati and Michael Starks (Lisa) of Lebanon, Kentucky. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
