He is survived by: his wife Joanna Owens; his daughters, Vicki Sue Owens, Sheila Ann Owens and Jonell Marie Oakley (Michael); his grandchildren, Joshua Anderson, Jeremy Anderson, Michael Oakley and Paige Oakley; his stepgrandson Sean Oakley; and his great grandchild Jenson Anderson.
