He was predeceased by: his parents, William Francis and Mary Bloom (Kirk); and his wife Jane Bloom. He is survived by: his son Troy Bloom (Leslie) of Winchester, OH; his grandchildren, Melissa Haynes of Brookville, KY, Michelle Spinkles, Dawn Sharp and Buford; and his sisters, Mary Birchfield (Clarence), Margaret Frisholz and Karen Atwell (Louis). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
