He was predeceased by: his parents, Winston Plummer and Catherine Plummer (Fields); and his brother Dan Plummer. He is survived by: his wife Carol Plummer (Bloom); his children, Billy Bloom of Batavia and Amy Crawford (John) of Winchester; his brother-in-law John Bayless; his grandchildren, Raven (Derek), JD, Carter and Tatum; and his great grandchildren, River, Noble, Waylon, Turner and Dawson.
